Lloyd became associated with
Clark & Holm in 1975. In 1999, the office became
affiliated with Prudential. During this time, he built a
SOLID REPUTATION with a proven SUCCESS RECORD. In 1999,
2001, and 2002, Lloyd received the LEADING EDGE AWARD,
which placed him among the top 6% of all Sales
Associates within the Prudential Real Estate network. He
was the recipient of the prestigious PRESIDENT'S CIRCLE
AWARD in 2003, 2004,* and 2005.* In addition, for 1999,
2001, 2003, 2004,* and 2005,* Lloyd was the number one
TOP LISTING, TOP SALES, and the TOP OVERALL AGENT in the
Clark & Holm Office! (* New "team"
Lloyd has taken advanced
classes to be licensed as a BROKER. This designation
entitles him to either manage or own his own real estate
Lloyd is a certified SENIOR
REAL ESTATE SPECIALIST dedicated to helping seniors with
decisions about buying rental property, selling the
family home, managing capital gains and estate
implications of owning real estate, obtaining a reverse
mortgage, moving to a senior community, and other issues
common to seniors all done in an atmosphere of trust and
Lloyd is also E-CERTIFIED, a
designation given to those in the real estate industry
who are certified for use of the Internet for
communication and E-Commerce.
Since 1989, Lloyd has
service to the Carillon community as a Realtor as well
as serving as an elected officer on the Andover
Association's Board of Directors, one of this
community's sixteen associations. His knowledge of the real estate market and its
changing conditions is exceptional. He has listed and
sold more Carillon homes than any other Realtor in or
out of the Carillon community!
On January 3, 2006, after
thirty years of dedicated service to Clark & Holm, Lloyd
began a new affiliation with RE/MAX Action, whose
corporate office is in Lisle.
On 2/17/07, at the
Illinois' 30th Annual Awards Ceremony
held at Navy Pier's
Ballroom, the Lundbergs were recognized for their 2006 and 2012's
real estate performance. Membership in the
RE/MAX 100% Club
is an honor that is awarded to an ELITE group of RE/MAX
TOP PRODUCERS. This outstanding achievement places the
Lundbergs among the TOP PROFESSIONALS in the real estate
industry. According to the National Association of
Realtor's statistics, the
Lundbergs volume was four
times greater than
what other full-time Realtors accomplished in 2006.
In 2008, 09, 10, and 11 "Executive Club" designation and plaques were received for production levels which were attained.
- On April 15th, 2011, at the RE/MAX Northern Illinos' 34th Annual Awards Ceremony, which was held at Oak Brook's Drury Lane, the RE/MAX organization celebrated being NUMBER ONE in Home Sales across the METRO CHICAGO LAND area! This division led the SEVEN COUNTY area for 2010, easily out-distancing other brokerage organizations! RE/MAX has held this NUMBER ONE position since 1994 when this region's data was first collected!
- It was reported that for the year 2010, the THIRTEENTH CONSECUTIVE YEAR, RE/MAX SOLD more real estate than any other competitor! "... - Our office, RE/MAX Action, received TWO REGIONAL AWARDS: The ABOVE the CROWD AWARD for TECHNOLOGY" was presented to Gary Jacklin who excelled over all other companies for creating a system for capturing Internet leads, plus educating his agents to excel, utilizing technological tools! (This is the SECOND YEAR that he has received this award since we joined this company seven years ago!) Our office's secretary, Danielle Green, won the "ADMINISTRATIVE PROFESSIONAL of the YEAR" award!
- The LUNDBERGS were also recognized for their 2010's performance receiving the "EXECUTIVE CLUB AWARD."
In October of 2011, Lloyd received Chicagoland's "2011 Five Star Real Estate Agent Award," given to real estate agents rated highest in overall satisfaction by clients, peers, and industry experts. The following year, Lloyd, again, received the "2012 Five Star Real Estate Agent Award." This designation is only given to the top 2% Chicagoland's Agents!
