The road was bumpy and had its strange twists, but thanks in a large part to your efforts, the journey had a successful ending. Looking back, who could have predicted that we would have not one but two viable offers. When the first one fell through due to my inexperience in comprehending the entire situation, you kept me informed through your excellent articles and enlightening analysis of the Carillon market.

Then you enticed the second offer to be made. You made most of the situation that our house was being shown three times that day and once the next day. After our buyers had looked at the house for fifteen minutes, they made an offer. The rest is history; history with a lot of questions and concerns. And who was there to shed some light on unclear path? YOU were. When I couldn’t even get answers from my attorney, you called the buyer’s realtor and obtained some valuable information.

I’m finally settled in my apartment and I now realize I am delinquent in thanking you for your efforts in selling my home in Carillon. Prior to contacting you for your services, my home had been on the market for 2 1/2 years. I tried to keep up with the market trends by watching your report in the local monthly flyer, and I had little input from my former realtor. To whom it may concern:
What can we say about the Lundbergs that has not already been said? We can think of a lot. After listing our property with another Carillon realtor, who did little if anything to sell our property for 6 months, we turned to Jean and Lloyd Lundberg for help. And help is what we got, plenty of it.
Even though they had several listings at the time, you get the feeling that they are giving you special attention in selling your property. They are honest and up-front about a realistic pricing of your property and do not tell you it is worth more than the market value just to get your listing. They are very aggressive in their advertising, with internet advertising being one of their specialties. But where did they help us the most?
Our buyer came in with a high priced inspector that tore our relatively new home of “seven years”, with seemingly no defects, apart just 10 days before the closing date. Jean and Lloyd immediately furnished us with competent professionals that addressed all the inspection problems at minimal cost to us. All of the inspection problems were corrected to the buyers’ satisfaction prior to the closing. The pressure of the last two weeks prior to closing was made bearable only by the knowledge and expertise that the Lundbergs have in Real Estate matters.
Having two mortgages, two gas bills, two electric bills, two phone bills, two Comcast bills, two association bills two water bills and many other bills associated with owning two homes for the past eight months because of a slow housing market, made life almost unbearable. Thanks to the Lundbergs for eliminating half of our bills. At our age, and having a large family and numerous friends, we don’t actively seek more friends, but I hope the Lundbergs remain our friends forever. Thank you for everything.

This letter is long over due and I apologize for being so slow to tell you how much we appreciate your efforts to sell Becky’s parents Carillon property. It seems like it was only a matter of days after we listed the property that market changed from a hot market to the difficult market which persists to this day.

The change in conditions made it a challenge to sell property when all the media was telling people how awful the real estate market had become. On top of that you had the challenge of working with me on the sale while keeping my father-in-law in the loop even though he was in and out of the hospital. In spite of these challenges you took extra efforts to effectively market the property.

It was especially strategic when we lowered the price that you presented to the buyer how she could now get more house for her money than another property she was considering. That was the benefit we had of dealing with the best professionals. When the conditions were tough you knew the best approaches to use to satisfy both us and the buyer.

Your ongoing assistance and support throughout the sale and closing process were wonderful. Becky and I have sold many houses over the years and the two of you made the whole process as easy and as smooth as we have ever experienced.
